I wanted to thank Robert Lowder for kick-starting my fitness journey. In 12 weeks I lost 26 lbs. and went from 20% to 14% body fat. My pants no longer fit me and I ran out of holes on my belt, which is a good problem to have. My goal is to have well-defined abs for my 50th birthday in October. I still have a little work to do but I am getting closer every day. I couldn’t have done it without Robert's guidance for proper eating and learning how hard to push myself. Thanks!!

My initial fitness goals were to lose fat and gain muscle. Wendy helped me achieve these goals exceptionally well. I lost 34lbs over the course of 14 weeks and gained muscle. According to my body composition analysis, I went from 59.8% muscle mass to 67.6% and body fat went from 35.9% to 27.6%. Visceral fat went from 14 to 8. Total body weight went from 200 lbs. to 166 lbs. Wendy is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. If I had a question I would text her or set up a Zoom call or phone meeting.
