Founded by fitness enthusiasts Robert and Wendy Lowder, Earned Not Given was born from a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives. Robert and Wendy are certified personal trainers and nutrition coaches who began their careers in the fitness industry with the goal of helping others reach their true potential. Understanding that a holistic approach to fitness is crucial for creating lasting habits, they combined their knowledge and passion to create a program that removes the guesswork from your daily routine. Their approach includes customized training sessions, personalized nutrition plans, and ongoing support every step of the way.
